Open Mic Tour 2006

Hello all!

My column is all fluff and very little substance this week as I get my writing organized for a few things (I wrote it at the Bug Jar while waiting for Ra-Ra-Riot to perform).

A few things going on right now:1) In the middle of editing and formating a book of essays I am self-publishing. Have a few people interested so far. (Coffeehouses and what not).2) Going to NY Sept 19th till the Sept 22nd. Take in a few shows.3) Starting a project called, "Open Mic Tour 2006" where it will conclude ending at an open mic here in Rochester for Writers and Books. Planning a three city open mic tour. Will take pictures, maybe create a visual piece with it.

To get ready for that I'll be performing at open mics within walking distance of my apartment. Daily Perks - Thursday nights. Don't be afraid of the hippies. Rochester, watch out!

I feel like with some of my people who like my work, I'm getting in the nod stage and that's just bad. I love and appreciate you all!
