my very first fan letter

I wrote a column where I praised this director.

This is what was in my Outlook yesterday evening.

Dear Kaetlin,

Just when I felt terrible about not making it to Rochester, I read your column and now I feel a thousand times worse. Now, in my defense I am originally from NYC and my family was coming to that screening, but if I had it to do again, I would have gone back to Rochester.

I am so flattered that you enjoyed our movie so much that a full year later you remember it and the people involved. Hopefully, you enjoyed "The Butler..." also and that the festival was as successful this year. In addition to hearing from you, I'd love to hear what you thought of all the films.

Thank you again for your kind words (as well as the PR.) It totally made my week. And if FSU hasn't gotten you a copy of the film, and you are still interested, I would be happy to send it to you.
